In 2007, author and speaker Marshall Goldsmith published a book entitled What Got You Here Won't Get You There. The title of this book (and it's a very good book, by the way) encapsulates the essence of my Outsized Billings Coaching program for experienced recruiters.

(if you are golfer and come to Richmond, bring your clubs and I'll host at Salisbury Country Club).

Tuition: $12,000 per year, or $13,000 with the half-day one-on-one in-person session included.
