This concept is the foundation of how I get recruiters to learn. Much has changed in my beliefs about recruiting and what it takes for people to become successful big billers. And guess what. Artificial Intelligence is not the secret to massive billings. It's not a script, nor is it "Linkedin Recruiter." The secret to getting your people to become high performers is to teach them how high performers think, how they take action, how they respond to adversity, and how they follow rituals and habits.

These are individual sessions that are only for advanced recruiters. These are not sessions for new people. In this section, we evaluate performance, probe for areas of improvement, and set course changes. We measure and make adjustments over time.
On a group basis, we evaluate deals that closed, but more importantly those which did not close. We follow the Deal Autopsy Formula to help make adjustments which become changes to your firm's protocols.
