On a group basis, we evaluate deals that closed, but more importantly those which did not close.  We follow the Deal Autopsy Formula to help make adjustments which become changes to your firm's protocols. We can even allocate some sessions to just have an interactive discussion on why your recruiters' deals did not close. You can get a lot of learning out of this process.
