Curriculum: Four workshops

CANDIDATE SKILLS WORKSHOP

During our day-and-a-half masterclass, you will learn how to build trust and facilitate authentic relationships with candidates, minimize their ghosting you, and even get exclusive representation with them.  You will gain mastery in these areas:

  • Making first contact 
  • Overcoming objections
  • Setting mutual expectations
  • Managing the process
  • Using technology to keep you organized with your candidate pipeline

CLIENT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

The focus of this workshop is not primarily on getting new clients, but how to manage the process so that you get more business, better business, and eventually "all the business" from your clients.  You will learn how to keep deals from slowing down, how to keep clients from ghosting you, and how to increase the odds of your candidates looking better than others they are considering. Attendees will learn:

  • How to prioritize searches.
  • How to take search assignments so you find out the real motivations of your client.
  • How to get clients to agree on your process.
  • Dealing with payment issues and collections (before seeking legal counsel)

INFLECTION POINT WORKSHOP

The most important and critical part of the placement process is any major inflection point, such as submissions and interviews. You will speed up your placement process with clients and close more deals from your current funnel.  You will learn:

  • How to take search assignments so the candidates you submit are perceived as better than the rest
  • How to mitigate the risk of interviews killing your placement
  • How to steer things forward with both sides

GETTING THINGS DONE: EXECUTION WORKSHOP

This is not going to be a motivational rah-rah session, but a roll-up-the-sleeves workshop. 

  • This will be a life-changing event in that you will finally break free from stumbling blocks that keep you from reaching your full potential. 
  • Part of what you will learn is how to stay focused, maintain intensity in your execution, and completing tasks related to recruiting. 
  • You also will learn how to prioritize your time in terms of selecting which candidates to spend time with, as well as with which clients.  
  • You will learn the concpet of "the double hour loss" and also some very simple yet highly effective tech tools and other protocols that will help you cover more ground in a more efficient manner.
